About Hannah
I'm an HCPC & CSP Registered Physiotherapist with over 20 years' experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy across the NHS, private practice and performance settings.
My specialist focus is pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy - combining detailed clinical assessment with therapeutic movement to support women through pregnancy, recovery and return to activity.

My Background
Throughout my career I have developed a strong foundation in thorough assessment, rehabilitation and patient-centred care. Working across NHS services, private practice and elite sport has shaped my belief that good physiotherapy is both structured and individual.
Becoming a mother deepened my understanding of the physical and emotional demands placed on women's bodies. I became increasingly aware of how often women are expected to "just get on with it" after major physical change - without clear guidance or support.
That recognition led me to specialise in perinatal physiotherapy and Flor Physiotherapy and Yoga was founded.
What Matters to Me
I believe physiotherapy should feel calm, collaborative and unhurried.
Appointments begin with time to listen. I take care to explain what's happening in your body in a way that makes sense, so you leave feeling informed and confident - not overwhelmed.
My approach is thorough, nurturing and evidence-based, integrating therapeutic movement to support recovery in a realistic and sustainable way.
A little More About Me
Outside of clinic, I'm a mum of two and enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active and good coffee. Life is busy, and I understand how challenging it can be to prioritise your own recovery - which is why I aim to make every appointment feel purposeful and supportive.
If You're Looking for Specialist Support
If you're seeking thoughtful, specialist physiotherapy during pregnancy or postnatal recovery, I would be delighted to support you.
