Specialist assessment and personalised treatment to support you through pregnancy, recovery and return to activity.
Support During Pregnancy
Pregnancy places unique physical demands on your body. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to prepare confidently for birth, physiotherapy provides clarity, reassurance and practical support.
I can support you with:
Pelvic girdle pain
Lower back pain
Pelvic floor concerns
Birth preparation
Staying active safely
Managing symptoms alongside midwifery or consultant care
Appointments are calm, thorough and tailored to your individual goals.

Support After Birth
Postnatal recovery is often underestimated. Whether you've had a vaginal birth or caesarean birth, structured support can make a significant difference to how you heal and rebuild strength.
Common areas I support include:
Pelvic floor recovery
Abdominal separation assessment
C-section recovery and scar therapy
Return to exercise and activity
Postnatal back, neck or shoulder pain
My aim is to help you feel informed, supported and confident in your recovery.

You don't have to navigate this stage alone. Specialist support can make a meaningful difference.
What to Expect at Your Assessment
Time to Listen
We begin with conversation - understanding your pregnancy or postnatal journey, symptoms, medical history and goals.
Thorough Assessment
A detailed assessment of posture, movement and strength in standing, sitting and lying, looking at the body as a whole.
Where appropriate, this may include assessment of the pelvic floor. This is always explained clearly beforehand and carried out with your full informed consent. You are in control at every stage.
Clear Plan
I explain my findings in a way that makes sense and create a personalised treatment plan tailored to you.
Ongoing Support
You'll receive a structured rehabilitation programme via RehabGuru, with guided videos and clear instructions to support your progress between sessions.
Appointments are unhurried, private and entirely focused on you.
This May Be Right for You If:
You're pregnant and unsure what pain is "normal"
You want to prepare confidently for birth
You've had a baby and don't feel fully recovered
You're unsure how to return to exercise safely
You want specialist reassurance from someone who understands this stage of life
